Google Drive: How to Log into Google
1. Log into the TTSD District Google Drive account through the link on the homepage 2. Your Google Account Login and Password are as follows. Example Student: Jeff Meyers, grade 7, student ID 123456. Login: [email protected], Password: J123456m Google Drive: Create your Science Folder 1. Create a “shared” file folder / collection for this class that you will share with your teacher for grading purposes. 2. Go to the create button in the upper left hand column, click and drag-down to Folder; select Folder 3. Rename the folder as follows:1-the period number. 2-Sci for science or SS for social studies.3-your last name. 4-your first name. For example: 1.Sci.Meyers.J (for 1st period, science, Jeff Meyers) Google Drive: Sharing your folder with your teacher 1. To the right of the folder you will share with your teacher, there is an arrow key. Click on the arrow and drag down to share. 2.Share your folder with BOTH addresses: [email protected] and [email protected] Turning Assignments into Google Classroom from Google Drive Turning In Google Assignments: To be graded 1. Move your assignment to the shared science folder 2. Copy the URL of your assignment 3. Go to my main webpage to Helpful Links and then Ms. K Brown's Assignment Turn-In, press on Assignment Turn-in 4. Type in the information requested, and paste in the URL 5. Press submit |
